exercise on running machineHome exercise prescription is part of your overall osteopathic consultation. If you require a more intense program an additional session can be arranged.

 

We will run through  each exercise in detail to ensure you have a full understanding and confirm you have the correct technique.

 

Your exercise programme will build strong stabilizing muscles, decrease your incidence of aches and pains and strengthen your abdominal core muscles.

 

Building your core muscle strength combined with pelvic stability will give you the stable torso you need to then increase strength and stability in your spine and the rest of your body.

 

Exercises are used by Osteopaths to:

 

  • reduce pain
  • correct biomechanics
  • improve posture
  • improve flexibility

  • improve tone and strength
  • enhance athletic performance
  • prevent injury.
