Home exercise prescription is part of your overall osteopathic consultation. If you require a more intense program an additional session can be arranged.
We will run through each exercise in detail to ensure you have a full understanding and confirm you have the correct technique.
Your exercise programme will build strong stabilizing muscles, decrease your incidence of aches and pains and strengthen your abdominal core muscles.
